Q: HOW LONG DOES AN AIRBRUSH TAN LAST?
A: Our organic airbrush tan formula typically lasts between 7-10 days.
Q: IF I HAVE REALLY DRY SKIN, CAN I STILL GET AN AIRBRUSH TAN?
A: Yes, you can. We advise our clients to drink tons of water and moisturize well after your tanning session.
Q: HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT LAST?
A: Our airbrush tans typically take 20 minutes including.
Q: WILL I BE ORANGE?
A: Our technicians are trained to select a solution that will compliment your skin tone. Our formula is brown sugar based where as other formulas are carrot based leaving an orange tint to their results.
Q: IF I HAVE AN EVENT, HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE SHOULD I GET MY aIRBRUSH TAN?
A: We recommend 1-2 days. If you are getting married we recommend coming in 2 weeks in advance so we can make sure the color is perfect for your special day.
Q: IF I HAVE AGE SPOTS SHOULD I GET AN AIRBRUSH TAN?
A: If you have dark age spots please let your technician know. She will apply cream to all of your age spots prior to your tan so they don't darken.
Q: WILL AN aIRBRUSH TAN INCREASE THE VISIBILITY OF MY FRECKLES?
A: Airbrush tans help blend freckles but it will not make them disappear.
Q: DOES HAVING AN AIRBRUSH TAN MAKE YOU LOOK THINNER?
A: Yes! We contour your body and it can make you look up to 10lbs lighter.
Q: IF I HAVE TONS OF STRETCH MARKS, WILL AN aIRBRUSH TAN HIDE THEM?
A: If you have stretch marks you are in the right place! Airbrush tanning can decrease the visibility of stretch marks. Our solution and technique enables us to fade away most stretch marks. If the stretch marks are extreme the change will not be as dramatic.
Q: DO i sTILL nEED tO wEAR sUNSCREEN oN tOP oF mY aIRBRUSH TAN?
A: Yes you should.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY TAN TO DEVELOP?
A: For Rapid formula 3-5hrs and original formula 8-10hrs.
Q: DO YOU OFFER MOBILE TANNING? IF SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
A: Yes we offer mobile tanning. We bring a pop up tent and all we will need is a plug and a little space.
Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I MOISTURIZE AFTER AN aIRBRUSH TAN?
A: We recommend at least twice a day after your first shower.
Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET AN AIRBRUSH TAN?
A: You can airbrush tan after your existing airbrush tan fades.
Q: HOW DOES aIRBRUSH TANNING WORK?
A: The active ingredient most often used in all sunless tanners including tinted moisturizers, self-tanners, and spray tan solution is called Dihydroxyacetone, or DHA. DHA is a carbohydrate (monosaccharide sugar) compound approved by the FDA for use in externally applied sunless tanning solutions. For misting applications, the FDA recommends protective measures to prevent eye contact, inhalation or ingestion. DHA is often derived from a vegetable source like beets or sugar cane. The FDA added DHA to the list of approved colors for cosmetic products in the 1970s.
Q: IS IT SAFE TO AIRBRUSH TAN WHILE PREGNANT?
A: With our natural blend of organic ingredients, tanning while pregnant is a much safer option than our competitors. Our skilled technicians will provide masks to eliminate the possibility of inhaling any solution, as well as our state of the art ventilation system that will help pull the solution out of the air.
